Teacher's Mission. . .
To bring quality lessons to students of all ages, backgrounds and abilities. The following are goals which should be held in mind of student, parents and teachers.
1. To build excellent instrumental playing skills.
2. To encourage individual growth and unique self-expression while
learning standard technique.
3. To teach special and favorite music of student as they are ready.
4. To utilize all abilities of the student.
5. To work hard to reach large or small goals.
6. To learn to self-evaluate, where student assesses their own
progress. To allow students to critique themselves, the lesson,
to encourage student to "learn how to learn", and to be somewhat
active in the development of their studies.
7. To teach proper and productive practice.
8. To fully participate in one's own continuous musical learning and
growth.
9. To reach personal excellence.
10. To continually nurture and build a love of music.
